2 packs Traditional Tambor Açaí
1 teaspoon of spirulina
1/2 cup of frozen or fresh pineapple
1 ripe organic banana
1 cup of frozen organic blueberries
1/2 cup of organic coconut milk
2 pitted medjool dates or a tablespoon of raw local honey
