There hasn’t been a better time than now to add some gold dust and other immune boosters to your superfood açai bowls during this season we are all in.

Sprinkle a little Gold Dust aka turmeric powder to your next morning blended bowl for that extra boost. This root has a long list of natural health benefits being an anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, antiseptic, helps calm a cough and is a blood purifier! We also chose to add a scoop of collagen peptides and a plant-based protein powder to the blend.

Even though things may seem a little unknown at the moment, keeping our lives in rhythm should be a priority at this time! Gold Dust Açai Bowl

Ingredients for two bowls:

Toppings:

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut shreds
  • 1/3 cup of granola
  • fresh raspberries
  • banana chips
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts

Instructions

Add all ingredients into your high-powered blender, then blend. Blend until smooth. If the blend is a little too thick, try adding a splash more coconut milk. Then pour the blend into a bowl, add your toppings and enjoy staying healthy at home!
