Acai is our favorite thing ever, so naturally purple is obviously our favorite color. We also happen to be pretty big Prince fans as well. So as a tribute to both of these icons that rock our world, we’ve whipped up this healthy vegan Purple Rain Tambor Acai Smoothie for you to love. We’ve combined our unsweetened Traditional Acai packs with another antioxidant friend, the blueberry, so you can jam out and boost your health and immunity with every sip. Ingredients and instructions below!
Purple Rain Tambor Acai Smoothie
2 Traditional Tambor Acai packs, Traditional or Mix
1/2 cup Frozen Organic Blueberries
1/2 Frozen Organic Banana
1 oz Filtered Water
2oz Coconut Milk
*if using Traditional Acai packs, you may also want to add 1 tbsp of raw honey for sweetness
Blend all of your acai smoothie ingredients except the coconut milk. Pour 1/2 of the blend into your glass, then add in the coconut milk. Blend again, then pour the remainder into your glass. Top with a little extra coconut milk and coconut shreds! Add straw, sip and go!
