All you need for this recipe is peanut butter and coconut oil, that’s it. Once you try this on your next acai bowl you’ll be wondering, “why haven’t I done this before?!”. When coconut oil touches the surface of something cold, like your acai smoothie or bowl, it hardens, creating a crunchy consistency. A la magic!

HOW TO MAKE MAGIC SHELL – 2 INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH
*Makes 1-2 servings
1 Tbl Spoon Coconut Oil
2 Tbl Spoon Peanut Butter – crunchy or creamy ok, your preference
Combine both ingredients in a small saucepan and put on low heat. Stir until coconut oil and peanut butter fully liquify together. This should take no more than 1min or so. Let cool, and then drizzle on top of your acai bowl or smoothie. To quicken the hardening, we like to place the bowl or smoothie in to the freezer for a minute or two so that our acai stays firm as well.
