It’s got everything your mornings need to be about and your body is craving. Of course it’s got a base of our premium organic acai, vitamin rich kale, MCT Oil, and yummy almond butter to round it out. If you’re unfamiliar with MCT Oil, check it! MCT stands for medium-chain triglycerides and is easily digested and sent directly to your liver, where they positively alter your metabolism and are burned by the body for energy, or fuel instead of being stored as fat.

Get After It Acai Greens Bowl
*makes 1 bowl
2 Tambor Acai packs, Traditional or Mix
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Frozen Organic Banana
2 tsp MCT Oil
2 tbsp Almond Butter
1-2 Kale Leaflets
2oz Almond Milk, or liquid of choice
*if using Traditional Acai packs, you may also want to add 1 tbsp of raw honey for sweetness
Blend all of your acai bowl ingredients together. A Vitamix is out blender of choice as it’s the best at achieving a super thick blend with use of the manual tamper. Spatula the blend into your favorite bowl. Add toppings, take a photo for instagram haha, and enjoy!
