Dan’s Original Breakfast Bowl
3 bars Traditional Açaí (unsweetened)
1 fresh organic banana
2-3 oz filtered water
2 tsp local honey
½ cup organic non-GMO granola
Run the açaí bars under warm water for about 30 seconds in their package. Use your hands to soften up the bars then set aside.
Add water, honey, and half of banana to blender and blend until creamy.
Slice open the ends of the softened acai bars with a sharp knife or scissors and add to mixture.
Blend again until thick and creamy. Serve in a bowl. Top your bowl with sliced banana, granola, and a drizzle of honey!
