Chewy Gooey Rawnola Recipe
10 Pitted Medjool Dates
1/4 cup Gluten Free Oats
1/4 cup Raw Almonds
1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Take the Medjool dates and raw almonds and roughly chop on a cutting board. Add on all remaining ingredients and chop a few times over to combine. Slide everything into a mixing bowl and use a spatula or spoon to make sure everything is fully mixed.
*Ideally your dates are somewhat gooey right off the bat, however you may need to increase the amount in your batch depending on their size and juiciness.
