1. Try New Recipes
Acai bowls, smoothies, homemade granola; you get the idea. Not only does this benefit the rest of the people in your home by getting to eat and share these delicious recipes, it also causes you to be conscious of what ingredients you’re using. Our acai is as straightforward as it comes, harvesting only the most premium of organic acai berries to make our Traditional and Mix packs with Guarana. If you’re looking for a way to sip your vitamins, try this Green Smoothie, it’s a great one to share with the kiddos too! This Tropical Mango Acai Bowl is sure to bring a little of the Tropics to your kitchen, and don’t forget to top it with this Coconut Honey Almond Granola.

2. Drink More Water
Water consumption is non-negotiable when it comes to a balanced healthy lifestyle. To make sure you’re staying hydrated, start by taking a refillable water bottle with you wherever you go. This simple habit makes it easy to drink more water by having it on hand to sip throughout the day. And if drinking pure water doesn’t sound that appealing, add a little fresh lemon or mint into your bottle for a refreshing twist.

3. Get Moving
It’s the New Year and getting more exercise is on everyone’s mind. Fortunately, buying a gym membership isn’t the only way to sweat it out. We’re big fans of workouts that don’t really feel like, well, workouts. Get outdoors with beach walks, trail runs, yoga, bike rides, and surfing. If you’re gonna do something that gets your heart racing, why not enjoy the view while you’re at it?

4. Snack Well
The Holidays are officially over and now there’s definitely no excuse to be reaching for that extra junk food, especially when there are much better options for your bodies wellness. Like these epically good Raw Coconut Snowballs and Crunchy Chia Seed Granola. Try going raw and homemade with your snacks this week.

5. Be Consistent
Whatever your healthy habits are, be consistent with them. Find what works for you and your lifestyle, and stick with it. It’s often hard to begin, but just imagine how you’ll feel a week from now, then a month from now, and pretty soon it’s second nature and just another part of your healthy routine. There’s a whole lot of good out there waiting for you, all you have to do is say yes to ‘day 1’.
