Ingredients
3 sweetened Tambor Acai Mix Packs
1 ripe frozen banana
½ cup organic coconut milk

*You can also make these with our Traditional Tambor Acai Packs, with no added sugar, and sweeten your blend with honey to taste.

Instructions
In a blender, combine Tambor Acai packs, banana, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth. In your popsicle mold, pour in your acai blend. Fill and stop just before the top, to leave a little room the acai to expand in the mold. You can also add granola in that space as a ‘topping’. Then, cover your mold and slide in wooden sticks to freeze until firm. Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
