Pupukea Grill – A North Shore Oahu ‘Must Eat’

On the North Shore of Oahu, food trucks rule. You’re at the beach all day, sandy and salty; what’s easier than throwing on a tee [ shoes seem optional ] and rolling up to sit outside and enjoy some amazing food. One of our favorites is Pupukea Grill. Located just north of Foodland grocery store and across from Sharks Cove, this little blue truck has a lot to offer. We’re huge fans, but don’t just take our word for it; the walls of their seating area is lined with surf posters and magazine covers, signed and dedicated by pro surfers to the amazing folks and food at Pupukea Grill. Name a pro, local or not, and their signatures are most likely on that wall.

On your way to the beach? Order a Tambor Açaí smoothie or cup off their menu to-go. We also recommend the Ahi Poke Bowl with brown rice, add avocado. Or the Coconut Curry Quinoa; so so good!
