Winter is a busy time of year for the North Shore of Oahu. Pro surfers and visitors from around the world flock to the shores of this ‘Seven Mile Miracle’ in search of waves and good vibes. If you’ve experienced the North Shore during the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing, you’ll know what traffic is slow along Kamehameha’s two lane highway. 1. Wow Wow Lemonade, Haleiwa Town

Located at the West end of Haleiwa Town is Wow Wow Lemonade. Grab a Tambor Acai bowl, locally sourced ingredient lemonade, and head down to the beach!

2. Beet Box Cafe, Haleiwa Town

A popular spot for healthy vegan and vegetarian options, The Beet Box Cafe is the perfect spot for bowl. Don’t forget to try the gluten free doughnuts!

3. Pupukea Grill, across from Sharks Cove

Pupukea Grill is definitely the surfer’s favorite around the North Shore, and you’re sure to see a few pros while you’re there. Their spin on local classics and fresh spicy ahi poke bowl over brown rice are second to none. Call ahead and grab your acai bowl or smoothie togo and watch the waves at Sharks Cove across the street.

4. Crispy Grindz, across from Pipeline

With one of the owners from Brazil, Crispy Grindz is all about featuring a menu inspired by the flavors you’d find there. They love acai the way we love acai, deep purple, keeping it simple with fresh toppings.
